Our Premium Bird's Nest ( 官燕盏) is graded AAA. It is 100 % natural and free from bleach, colourings & preservatives. It is priced at S$ 238.00 per tael. We take orders of bird's nest weighing as low as 14g (minimum of 2 pieces) to 1kg.
Superior Bird's Nest (Grade A 燕饼)
Our superior Bird's Nest is affordably priced at S$ 188.00 per tael. It is 100% natural, bleach-free and does not contain any colouring or preservatives. A minimum of 5 pieces ( about 1 tael ) per order is required.

Recipe 3 : Bird's Nest with Ginseng

Nourishes the lungs and aids elimination of phlegm & cough.Ginseng helps to vitalizes the body and improves blood circulation.
Preparation:
1. Soak birds’ nest in potable water for minimum 8 hours.
2. Rinse with water and drain.
3. Double boil with ginseng in hot water for 45 min.
4. Add Rock Sugar according to preference and double boil for another 10 minutes.
* 1 piece of Just Birds Nest's Premium Grade AAA Bird's Nest can serve 2 - 4 persons ( depending on density preference ).

Recipe 2: Bird's Nest with Porridge
Recipe 1: Double Boil Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar
Nourishes the lungs and aids elimination of phlegm & cough.
Preparation:

3. Double boil in clean hot water under medium heat for 45 min.
4. Add Rock Sugar according to preference and double boil for another 10 min hour.
To Serve Cold
5. Refrigerate the cooked birds’ nest after leaving it to cool.
6. Serve when chilled.
For added nourishment, add some:
1. Almonds; or
2. Apricot Kernels; or
3. Gingko Nuts; or
4. Longan Flesh; or
5. Lotus Seeds; or
6. Red Dates.

Self-collection will be at the following places (timings and exact venue will be arranged separately):
Bugis, Chinatown, Clementi, Holland, Jurong East, Raffles Place, Tampines.
Delivery Fee
For orders under S$500 - delivery fee is S$10
For orders above S$500 - free delivery
Delivery is to ONE location in Singapore within 3 calendar days from receipt of order payment.
An additional S$18 for urgent deliveries within the next working day upon receipt of order payment.
