How to store Bird's Nest ?
Ideally in the refrigerator or in a cool dry place.
How best to consume Bird's Nest ?
Keep cooked bird's nest in the refrigerator.
Take 2 tablespoons every morning for a week on an empty stomach*.
Repeat every other week.
Alternatively take 2 table spoons just prior to bed time if preferred.
